The company has a total staff of 361 people, including 5 percent of postgraduate students, 25 percent of the undergraduates or above and 53 percent of staff who received college education or above. Shenzhen Langjie Electronics Co., Ltd. has been regarding the leading technology as the core competitiveness of our enterprise, so our company invests heavily in creating a product development system integrated with electronics, structures, softwares, designs, and at the same time setting up a R & D center in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively. Production
At present, in our company's production plant, four automatic production lines have been completed, whose monthly manufacturing capacity can reach more than 300,000 mobile phones. At the same time, by taking advantage of the geographical advantages, our company has formed a relatively complete system of production security which can timely adapt to the demand for market production. Our factory boasts advanced production management and quality control system, for we have passed the ISO9001: 2000 international standard quality management system certification, ISO14000 environment system certification and OHAS18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, providing a solid quality foundation for the mobile phone manufacture.
Sales and service network
Our company, after several years of rapid development, has formed a better distribution network system, namely, has now formed a system of six large channels such as provincial-level agents, the national agents, seller’s market chains, direct marketing of televisions, e-commerce and overseas markets. Now our company has reached strategic cooperation with the customers in all types of channels, such as the China Post Online, Zhongyu Telecommunication, D.PHONE Communication, Xieheng Communication, 139shop.com, Acorn International, Happy Shopping, and others.
